Yoga course for absolute beginners! I will guide you step by step through EASY, yet incredibly effective yoga positions! You will stretch your back, strengthen your joints and muscles, and stretch your spine... giving your mind a rest 👌 I will teach you how to release stress and tension accumulated in the shoulders; how to make your spine more flexible and safely twist; you'll gain new ranges, relax and effectively unwind.
During the first 2 sessions, you don't even need a mat! I don't want anything to stop you from starting your practice right here and now! Because here and now, all you need is a regular blanket, an ordinary chair, and the willingness to bring a new quality to your life! A quality that you will quickly feel not only in your body but also in your mind :) Because that's how yoga works! Mind and body are interconnected vessels, and breath is the bridge between them!
